Get to Know Me

Sometimes it takes a global perspective to truly understand the meaning of home. For Eddie O’Sullivan, founder and team leader of Elevation Real Estate, that perspective was shaped through a life and career that spanned Ireland, London, Paris, and Cannes before ultimately settling in San Francisco in the mid-1990s.

Before entering real estate, Eddie built his professional foundation in the hospitality and service industry. These experiences refined the interpersonal skills, negotiation expertise, and client-focused approach that now define his business. Over two decades in real estate, he has established himself as a trusted advisor with deep knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area market, personally overseeing every aspect of a transaction as lead strategist, negotiator, and consultant. Throughout his career, he has closed more than half a billion in sales volume.

Eddie’s path into real estate began with a simple goal: to better understand the process of purchasing a home by learning the business from the inside. That curiosity evolved into a successful career built on practical experience, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. Personal experiences, including rebuilding after the loss of his own home in a fire, provided him with firsthand insight into construction, redevelopment, insurance challenges, and value creation in real estate. His continued involvement in rentals and renovation further strengthens his understanding of the market from both an investor and homeowner perspective.

Known for his professionalism, integrity, and steady guidance, Eddie is committed to helping clients navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity. Outside of real estate, he values balance and prioritizes time with his wife and two children.
