Meet Zarana

With more than 10 years of experience in the luxury real estate market, Zarana started her real estate career in New York City, where she represented high-end properties in the most exclusive neighborhoods and developments. Having worked in one of the most competitive markets globally, she has developed extensive negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, allowing her to close deals that benefit all parties involved. 

Zarana brings a wealth of personal and professional experiences to the Bay Area real estate market. Her strategic, creative, and innovative skills, coupled with her attention to detail, warmth, and ability to foster strong relationships, positions her uniquely to serve her clients with the utmost trust and professionalism. She has extensive experience working with stagers, sellers, and developers to transform spaces by leveraging her keen eye for design with her real estate experience and understanding of what drives buyer decision-making. 

Before embarking on her real estate career, Zarana worked in university admissions at some of the country's top universities, where she was responsible for identifying, selecting, and matriculating a talented and diverse group of students. Zarana pursued a Certificate of Interior Design from NYU while working for the university, as she has always been inspired by and fond of interior design. Eventually, she found herself helping friends and family with their design and real estate needs, leading her to pursue a career in real estate. Zarana finds a parallel between her tenure in college admissions and real estate - both provide her with the privilege of helping people with two of the most expensive investments they will likely make, college education and purchasing a home. Ultimately, Zarana finds joy in helping others achieve their goals while maintaining high standards and delivering the highest level of service. 

Zarana holds a Master of Science degree from The Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University. She is an Admissions Ambassador for the University of Pennsylvania and Member of the Board of Directors for the Merola Opera Program in San Francisco. Zarana enjoys antiquing, traveling, wine tasting, and listening to podcasts that inspire her purpose and fuel her soul and mind.
