Hayley Kerstein is Elevation Real Estate’s Lead Buyer Specialist. Before entering real estate, Hayley enjoyed a rewarding career in the luxury hospitality industry, where she honed her skills in delivering best-in-class service and building trusting relationships, two important qualities she brings to her career in real estate.
 
A graduate of the Hotel School at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Hayley sees real estate as a way to personalize her own unique brand of hospitality. She views her clients as her guests with whom she creates lasting relationships and rewarding experiences. She does this by anticipating their needs, and whenever possible, by over-delivering on her promises. Thanks to her background in hospitality, she has a natural affinity for working comfortably with a variety of personality types.
 
As an agent, Hayley compares herself to a matchmaker, expertly pairing clients with properties that resonate with them. She leverages a high-touch, easy-to-digest process that is never pushy and is intended to put her clients at ease. Above all, Hayley believes creative thinking is a necessity in real estate, and she enjoys presenting unconventional solutions to problems that others may have overlooked. Hayley strives to outperform herself daily in helping people achieve their goals, an experience she describes as humbling and gratifying.
 
The daughter of a real estate agent and a certified C.A.R. First Time Home Buyer Specialist, Hayley brings professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude to everything she does. In her spare time, Hayley enjoys exploring San Francisco, skiing Lake Tahoe, spending idle summer days floating the Russian River, and expanding her network by attending a monthly women’s supper club she helped establish a few years ago.
